Ceratosoma tenue

sub-classs Opisthobranchia > order Nudibranchia > sub-order Doridina > family Chromodorididae

Ceratosoma tenue is yellowish with yellow spots and purple edge to the mantle. It has three mantle lobes, and a recurved dorsal horn. The bottom right section of the photo shows the detail of the gills with the anus in the centre.

Distribution =  widespread Indo-west Pacific
Max size =  up to 100mm
