Chromodoris sp.1 spotted form of C.fielis ??

sub-classs Opisthobranchia > order Nudibranchia > sub-order Doridina > family Chromodorididae

 

This species has been found in a limited range from northern NSW to the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. It is very similar in appearence to Chromodoris splendida, except that the gills and rhinophores are black. SSF describes this species as a spotted form of Chromodoris fidelis
